DIET ANALYSIS

Upon completion of an analysis of clients' current nutritional habits, a computerizedNutrition Diet Analysis system is used to program individualized diet plans for weight loss or weight gain. 

 

The program is designed to speed up metabolism to help you burn your body fat as energy; for building lean muscle mass; and ways to keep body fat to a minimum.

 

We are able to specifically identify those food groups (on an individual basis) that will best serve the client as he or she strives to create a new and improved body. In addition, we can arrange specialty vegan and vegetarian diets as well.
